Its primary aim is to equip readers with clear, job-ready competences and hands-on skills, aligning with stringent adult vocational training standards and both European and National Qualifications Frameworks. The \u201ePractical guide for refugees starting a business in the Republic of Moldova\u201d is designed as an essential tool to facilitate access to legal, administrative, and practical information necessary for initiating entrepreneurial activity in the specific conditions of the Moldovan economic environment. Although primarily intended for refugees and asylum seekers who wish to develop their own economic initiatives, the guide has extended utility in the academic sphere, becoming a valuable resource for students\u2019 professional training. The work directly contributes to the training of students studying the discipline \u201eBusiness Law\u201d, offering an applied example of how legal norms are put into practice. Through the way the structures, obligations, and procedures specific to establishing a business are presented, the guide complements the theoretical knowledge acquired in university programs and facilitates the understanding of the real mechanisms of the business environment.
